EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Registration fees are $695.00 for members of AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA. STANDARD REGISTRATION: Registration fees after July 5th and prior to September 27th increase to $995.00 for members of AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA.
ONSITE FEES: Registration fees for AEHIS, AEHIT, and AEHIA members will increase to $1,295.00 if registrations or full payment is not received by September 27th

Your registration fee includes: Badge, meeting materials & proceedings, attendance at all Fall Summit sessions, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, and the recreational activity.
Fees do not include; hotel accommodations, transportation, pre-summit workshops, CIO Boot Camp, CISO Boot Camp, or the CHCIO Examination.
Cancellation Policy: Prepaid registrants who cancel in writing on or before October 4th receive a full refund; cancellations received after October 4th, no refunds will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 7-days prior to the date of your arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit.
